PRINCE2® is a de facto standard developed and used extensively by the UK government and is widely recognised and used in the private sector, in the UK and internationally.
This two-day virtual classroom course follows PRINCE2 Foundations and provides guidance for those seeking to become effective IT project contributors and for those who wish to obtain the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. This PRINCE2 Practitioner course provides a definitive overview of the latest version of PRINCE2, the 6th Edition. We cover its four integrated components – the principles, themes, processes and project environment. We also look at management roles required in a PRINCE2 project and what management products must be created to ensure the project is delivered in a coordinated, consistent and transparent manner.
This course includes all relevant material as well the official exam from PeopleCert
