Capability Maturity Model

Pink Elephant’s PinkScan is an assessment tool that uses a five-level maturity model (ranging from initial/chaotic to optimising) to evaluate the maturity of an organisation’s ITSM processes based on ITIL best practices. Our tool is based on the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) developed by the Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute.
