Speaker session by Sam Smith
We are very excited to announce that Sam Smith, our Head of Managed IT Services, will be speaking on Day 1, 13 May, 13:00–13:40 in Theatre 2. His session ‘Service Excellence – not a given’ moves beyond the familiar narrative of fast fixes and response times. Sam will explore how a genuine partner approach between supplier and customer creates service excellence across the entire IT services organisation, and what it takes to move from transactional support to something that actually lasts. Attendees will leave with practical, actionable insights they can apply immediately.
