Learn how to implement and manage change effectively. This self-paced e-learning course provides students with the opportunity to explore approaches to managing change.

Change Management is associated with the effects and management of change; this is primarily within organisations where change can have a greater impact. This qualification is based on the theory and application of change. Once you have passed the Foundation qualification you can progress to the more advanced Practitioner qualification.

During this online course, students will look at how to build the foundations for successful change. Four core areas will be explored: change and the organisation, change and the individual, communications and stakeholder engagement and change management in practice. Together they will enable a delegate to develop a comprehensive change management plan to support effective change within an organisation.

After you have registered for the Change Management Foundation e-learning you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a separate e-mail with login details for our online learning environment. Here you follow the e-learning and practice for the exam. You have unlimited access to the material for one year.

Good to know: There are no admission requirements for this training. After +/- 20 study hours in which the e-learning has been completed and the associated practice exams have been made, you are sufficiently prepared to take the exam successfully.

Once you have completed all the material and are ready for the exam, send an email to or contact your account manager and indicate for which course you want to take the online exam.

One of the many great things about this course is that you are the boss of your deadline. You decide the pace, so you can go as slowly or as speedily as you like.

  • Multiple choice
  • Four sections, total of 50 questions
  • 25 marks required to pass (out of 50 available) – 50%
  • 40 minutes duration
  • Closed-book

You will then receive a separate e-mail with an exam voucher. With this exam voucher, you can log in to the exam institute and take the exam online (on your laptop with a webcam) at your desired time and location.

The exam voucher is provided at the start of your course and is valid for 1 year from purchase


No prerequisites are necessary, although delegates would benefit from some experience of organisational change prior to attending the course.
