ITIL® Bridge Version 5 Virtual
The ITIL® Foundation Bridge (Version 5) course is designed for professionals who have already achieved ITIL 4 Foundation or an eligible higher-level ITIL 4 certification and want to transition efficiently to ITIL Foundation Version 5.

The one-day virtual classroom ITIL® Bridge Version 5 course introduces the new and updated concepts from ITIL 5, including digital product and service management, the ITIL Product and Service Lifecycle, value co-creation, service relationships, the ITIL Value System, value stream mapping and management, AI and AI governance, and the integration of ITIL with frameworks such as DevOps and PRINCE2.
Virtual Courses:
Virtual training is provided via MS Teams platform. Virtual training requires delegates to have access to a stable internet connection throughout the course and a headset with a microphone to communicate with the instructor.
