The two-day virtual classroom course serves as an introduction to ITIL® Foundation version 5 covering key ITIL terms and definitions; experience, strategy, and transformation concepts; service offerings and value co-creation; service relationships; the ITIL Four Dimensions of Product and Service Management; the ITIL Product and Service Lifecycle and its activities; the ITIL Value System, including guiding principles, governance, value chain, management practices, and continual improvement; value stream identification, mapping, and management; ITIL and artificial intelligence; and the integration of ITIL with other frameworks such as DevOps and PRINCE2.
Virtual Courses:
Virtual training is provided via MS Teams platform. Virtual training requires delegates to have access to a stable internet connection throughout the course and a headset with a microphone to communicate with the instructor.
