ITIL® 4 Foundation certification is designed as an introduction to ITIL 4 and enables candidates to look at IT service management through an end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery, and continual improvement of tech-enabled products and services.

The two-day virtual classroom course serves as an introduction to ITIL 4 and will focus on the information you need to know in order to pass the official ITIL Foundation exam that leads to the new ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.

ITIL 4 is the latest version of ITIL and provides a digital operating model that enables organisations to co-create effective value from their IT services.

Built on ITIL’s decades of progress, evolving established ITSM practices for the wider context of customer experience, value streams, and digital transformation. ITIL 4 promotes greater alignment with new ways of working, such as Lean, Agile, and DevOps, to co-create business value.

ITIL 4 Foundation Virtual Classroom

This foundation-level course is the first to be introduced by AXELOS, the creator of ITIL, in the ITIL 4 certification scheme, and is a mandatory requirement for all further levels.

Virtual Courses:

Exam duration: 60 minutes
Exam format: closed book, multiple-choice
Exam delivery: online, webcam proctored.
Pass mark: 65% (26/40 questions)

The exam voucher is provided at the start of your course. With this exam voucher, you can log in to the exam institute and take the exam online (on your laptop with a webcam) at your desired time and location.
