Pink Elephant at SITS in the Netherlands 2025

Following the success of SITS25 in London earlier this year, SITS is bringing its expertise and community to the Dutch market. The one-day event will gather ITSM professionals from across the region to explore the latest innovations, attend knowledge-packed sessions, and connect with peers and service providers.

You’ll find Pink Elephant at stand F3, showcasing our four key ITSM offerings: Training, Technology, IT Support, and Consulting. And yes, our famous and beloved Pinky mascot will be there too!

We’re also proud to share that our very own Misha Macinski, will be a speaker in a joint session “The Truth, The Whole Truth, and Nothing But The Truth?! A refreshing perspective on people & technology in a world of AI” alongside Suzanne Galletly, Digital Skills Director at EXIN. They will explore the impact of AI on labour markets and service management, discussing how AI can complement human skills, whether it’s delivering real value, and what future skills professionals will need to embrace. The session is scheduled for 14:00–14:40 in the Service Desk & IT Support Theatre.
