The best Dutch training organisations from 2019 were again announced by Springest, the largest training comparison company in Europe. This happened on Thursday, January 9 at the Best Educator of the Netherlands (BOVNL) Awards which took place at the Postillion Hotel in Bunnik, NL. Awards were divided into 20 categories. Pink Elephant went home with the prestigious Best Large Educator in the Netherlands award.
“At Pink Elephant, we are very happy and proud of winning the BOVNL Award. The fact that the students awarded us this prize makes it extra valuable ”, says Matthijs Havinga – CEO of Pink Elephant. “We have been active as a provider for years, but the training market has changed considerably in recent years. Winning this prize confirms to us that we have implemented the right innovations. For example, with our online and mixed forms of learning, which we have strongly focused on in recent years. ”
Pink Elephant offers training courses in IT Service Management, Change Management, Project Management and Security, Governance & Architecture. “We don’t just stick to the theory, but we also pay a lot of attention to its application,” Havinga of Pink Elephant continues. “We use Business Simulation games and workshops for this, for example. We also make the translation of processes into tooling. Our collaboration with IT service management tool Cherwell is a good example of this. Through collaborations such as these, we can act as a ‘one-stop ITSM shop’ for our customers. ”
Springest organised the BOVNL Awards for the seventh time in a row. All personnel trainers, training institutes and trainers in the Netherlands were eligible for this prestigious title in one or more categories. Trainers and trainees are assessed on a collection of analyses and experiences of participants at training institutions.
