All requirements are managed by Pink Elephant, providing a seamless and efficient IT service management solution. The managed instance is configured within the Pink Elephant environment, where customers start on their own domain and utilise Pink Elephant’s configured ITIL processes.
Based on this, customers can structure their operations and mature to a higher level. Once the desired maturity level is reached, the domain can be transferred into a stand-alone ServiceNow environment, managed and configured as you see fit.
