MSP® Foundation 5th edition E-Learning
The MSP® Foundation 5th edition self-paced e-learning course is for individuals interested in learning how to manage multiple projects and programs successfully. The course provides the theoretical knowledge of how to plan, manage, and deliver programmes from start to finish. With the MSP Foundation Online self-study, it is possible to study at your own pace, whenever it suits you. The tutorial contains the full MSP Compact eBook, many videos, and exercises to help you master the material.
No special prior knowledge is required for this self-study MSP Foundation, but we recommend HBO work and thinking level. It helps if you already have some previous knowledge of project management and/or PRINCE2.
Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)® is a framework for delivering best practices, providing a guiding set of principles and processes to be used in programme management.
