Getting started
Before the Disaster Recovery workshop starts, we will analyse your existing Disaster Recovery plan to examine how well your process is defined, standardised, and implemented across the organisation. We will also help your team identify risks and potential areas of improvement.
The workshop
We then facilitate an interactive workshop with your team to define and categorise the critical drivers of value in the organisation, identify the key areas of action (physical, cybersecurity, etc.), prioritise the greatest risks and threats, and identify triggers and actions. Your team will receive a system on which to further define, refine, and improve your Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity plan.
Action Plan
After the completion of the workshop, you will receive a Roadmap with actionable steps to successfully maintain and further enhance your overall Business Continuity plan.
