ITIL 4 Foundation

The ITIL 4 Foundation certification is designed as an introduction to ITIL 4 and enables candidates to look at IT service management through an end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery, and continual improvement of tech-enabled products and services.

This two-day, classroom-based training course, serves as an introduction to ITIL 4 and will focus on the information you need to know in order to pass the included exam that leads to the new ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.

This course is designed to benefit those working in a service delivery or service desk discipline, as well as IT professionals who are interested in adopting ITIL within their organisation.

The ITIL 4 foundation-level course is the first to be introduced by AXELOS, the creator of ITIL, in the new ITIL 4 certification scheme, and is a mandatory requirement for all other levels.

Course Outline

ITIL 4 Foundation Classroom

The two-day, classroom-based training course takes place in Reading or London and serves as an introduction to ITIL 4 and will focus on the information you need to know in order to pass the exam that leads to the new ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.

This foundation-level course is the first to be introduced by AXELOS, the creator of ITIL, in the ITIL 4 certification scheme, and is a mandatory requirement for all further levels.

Exam duration: 60 minutes
Exam format: closed book, multiple-choice
Exam delivery: online, webcam proctored.
Pass mark: 65% (26/40 questions)
