Change Management Practitioner Virtual
Change Management is associated with the effects and management of change; this is primarily within organisations where change can have a greater impact. This qualification is based on the theory and application of change. Once you have passed the Foundation qualification you can progress to the more advanced Practitioner qualification.

Virtual training is provided via Microsoft Teams. Virtual training requires delegates to have access to a stable internet connection throughout the course and a headset with a microphone to communicate with the instructor.

The Change Management Practitioner exam has been updated, and the new versions were released in March 2024. The revised exam format is:

- Objective testing based on a case study scenario
- 5 sections of 16 marks each
- 40 marks required to pass (out of 80 available) – 50%
- 2.5 hours duration
- Restricted open book – The APMG Change Management Study Guide.
The Change Management Foundation certificate by APMG International is a pre-requisite.
