Pink Elephant EMEA is pleased to confirm its team is returning to exhibit at SITS – the Service Desk and IT Support Show – at ExCeL London on 17-18 April 2024.
The exhibition, which is taking place a month earlier this year, is expected to welcome over 3,000 visitors through its doors and is the largest event in Europe focused on IT Service Management.

Pink Elephant EMEA will be among more than 70 ITSM companies showcasing their latest IT service solutions. Look out for us at stand 571, where we will be on hand to discuss our four ITSM services: Training, Technology, IT Support and Consulting. Our smash-hit Pink prize wheel will also be making a return this year, as will our mascot, Pinky.
Across the two days you can also expect an education programme made up of seminars, panels, Breakfast Briefings and Hot Topic workshops, full of practical advice and industry updates. The programme is made up of top speakers from the UK and beyond, who will be giving talks on ESM, AI and ITIL, but also topics that affect people in the workplace, including mental health and diversity.
On the bill of expert speaker sessions will be our head of Consulting, Misha Macinski, whose talk at 3pm on day one is entitled: ‘Navigating the ITSM Tool Selection Process – a deep-dive into shaping requirements for the perfect business fit’.
We are also pleased to hear of the inaugural MSP Show to be co-located with SITS. This new trade exhibition is dedicated to the rapidly growing Managed Service Provider sector. The MSP Show will also have a dedicated theatre, with two days of sessions specifically aimed at MSPs.
The upcoming SITS24 and MSP Show aim to unite thousands of industry peers, providing a platform to explore cutting-edge innovations, exchange progressive ideas, and engage in conversations that propel their careers forward. Additionally, attendees can look forward exciting new features, post-show drinks and networking.
