CCC Professional Cloud Service Manager is an advanced certification which tests candidates’ fundamental knowledge of cloud service management. This includes how to implement new solution practices whilst maintaining existing system performance, processes and functions. It does this whilst focusing on the impact on consumers and providers.

This 3-day course is ideal for service management professionals who work within a cloud computing context. IT service management professionals and cloud strategists also benefit from this exam. Professional Cloud Service Manager is an advanced-level certification. It is recommended to have previously completed CCC Cloud Technology Associate and CCC Virtualization Essentials and that participants are conversant with Cloud concepts and vocabulary. Participants further benefit from a strong background in IT service management, who have completed one or more certifications or who have practical experience in applying IT service management best-practices.

The course materials include comprehensive reference materials that help participants continue the educational experience after the course. The PCSM course prepares candidates for the PCSM exam provided by the CCC. The PCSM course is endorsed, recognised and supported by several key technology vendors and Standards bodies.

The CCC Professional Cloud Service Manager is taken at the end of the final day of the course

  • Format: Closed book
  • Proctoring: Web proctored / In-class proctored / Test Center
  • Duration: 75 minutes, 15 additional time for non-native candidates
  • Questions: 25 multiple choice (1 mark per question)
  • Pass Grade: 64%
