ITSM Coaching & Mentoring
In support of the on-going ITSM Service Improvement initiatives Pink Elephant Consultants can provide subject matter expert support in an on-going capacity.
The role of the Consultant would be to provide guidance, support and advice to the clients Process Owners/Managers, and Service Management Team as whole, via regular project meetings and “clinics”. As such, any deliverables that are produced as part of the engagement will be shared deliverables and the timeliness and quality of which will be dependent upon both the client and Pink Elephant consultant.
Following a brief ‘Discovery’ Exercise each individual participating in the Coaching & Mentor engagement will be assigned tasks to be complete in advance of the Consultants next scheduled visit. Where required, the Pink Elephant Consultant will provide the templates and documentation to support the initiative based on the knowledge base we have developed over the years. This then repeats in a cyclical approach as per the image below:
Typical activities include:
- Provide guidance on Best Practice for processes
- Provide Process Owner ‘clinics’ as required
- Facilitate process owner ‘group’ workshops
- Attend project board and provide advice to project board members
- Assist with Quality Assurance for developed processes
