The debut episode features an engaging conversation with Mark Lillycrop, the Head of Professional Services at itSMF UK. With over three decades of experience in IT and service management, Mark shares his unique perspective on the industry, blending his professional role with his commitment as a local politician in Thatcham.
Mark discusses the intricacies of balancing his responsibilities at itSMF UK with his political duties, offering listeners a rare glimpse into his multifaceted career. He also provides a preview of this year’s highly anticipated itSMF UK gala event, highlighting its significance and what attendees can expect.
